We ask that the dumpster not be loaded higher than 6" above the sides*. By regulation, each cargo must be covered with a tarp before being transported to the dump. Triple R Disposal cannot collect overflowing dumpsters. You will be responsible for ensuring proper dumpster loading. Triple R Disposal may levy a trip fee to cover the expenses incurred due to being unable to collect your dumpster.
*An extra $50 will be charged if our driver must remove or break down any objects that exceed 6" in height over the sidewalls.
Yes. The following weights are included with each rental of our dumpsters:
10-yard dumpsters have a 1-ton or 2,000 lb.
15-yard dumpsters have a 1.5-ton or 3,000 lb.
20-yard dumpsters have a 2-ton or 4,000 lb.
The cost for exceeding the weight mentioned above restriction is $120 per ton.
Due to weight restrictions, Triple R Disposal cannot accept more than 3 yards of heavy items (i.e., concrete, rock, dirt, asphalt, etc.). Exceeding container weight limits will incur additional fees.
Triple R Disposal is very cautious while delivering dumpsters to customer locations. We take every precaution to be aware of subsurface structures, such as utility or sewage lines. Triple R Disposal cannot be held liable for unpredictable conditions beneath the subgrade. Before the container is delivered, the customer must tell Triple R Disposal of any subsurface utilities along the delivery route. Triple R Disposal uses driveway protection, but we cannot be held liable for damages to asphalt, brick pavers, or concrete surfaces.
The customer is responsible for any dumpster damage during the rental period. For instance, unauthorized dumpster movement that causes damage, pouring wet paint or other sticky materials into the dumpster, and paint overspray defaces the dumpster's surface and appearance. Or using heavy equipment such as a skid-steer to drop heavy loads into the dumpster, causing dents in its interior and exterior sheet metal.
Please treat the dumpster with care since additional fees may be incurred for repairs and cleaning.
